HR Director EMEA - Shock Absorbers- Belgium
Harrison Frazer is working with one of the leading providers of Shock Absorber Systems within the Automotive industry, specifically for OE and Aftermarket customers. You will working closely with the company's HR Managers to lead the implementation of policies and programmes created by the wider HR team
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives
- Leading and developing the organisation’s EMEA HR department.
- Liasing with Unions and Works Counsels.
- Developing company wellbeing, health and counselling policies
- Degree in relevant subject..
- 5+ years of experience in HR at a senior level (preferably within the Automotive industry).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (French is also desirable),
