Job Description

Senior Sales Manager – Water – KSA

Responsible for generating enquiries & orders for Disinfection , components, products and solutions to meet or exceed the annual volume, profitability and growth targets agreed  markets, whilst at all times remaining within cost targets & the legal and ethical frameworks & policies established, to be achieved via management of the field sales team, external business partners & direct customer contact

Responsible for primary customer relationship management, including complex technical, commercial and financial negotiations both pre-order and to the point of final payment receipt

Responsible for business partner identification, selection, evaluation, performance management and if necessary, termination.

Responsible for creation / implementation of lead generation / follow-up plans, new business development plans, new market development plans, plus support of marketing & new product introduction initiatives

Responsible for ensuring a sales pipeline sufficient to meet the volume & profitability projected needs of the business, responsible for demonstration through accurate, formal forecasts of the adequacy of the volume/profitability of anticipated business to meet the company needs for the forecast period.

Responsible for opportunity spotting for the full range of solutions, products and services where no alternative dedicated resource exists.

BS/BA degree in business, engineering or related discipline or advanced degree, where required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Sound knowledge of water technologies products, processes, technologies, EWT company capabilities, competitive landscape, commercial & financial issues applicable to the allocated export territories.

Excellent two way communication skills to make competent written and verbal presentations of all W&T products & processes to customers by all communication methods. Linguistic capabilities in addition to English desirable

Strong customer focussed account management, team

management and relationship skills, ability to effectively coordinate, motivate & influence others to achieve results without necessarily having solid line reporting relationships

Proven track record of success developing good customer / business partner relationships, and managing key contacts in major strategic accounts
